I’m a computer geek and beer, mead and wine enthusiast. After not finding any joy in commercial offerings or availability, I’ve taken it upon myself to create my own. I started out making mead, but recently branched out to beer so I can have something to drink between batches of mead.
I want to explore the more technical aspects of brewing so I’ve started yeast culturing and am currently building my yeast library with collections of commercial and wild yeasts.
